[libmicrohttpd] GNU libmicrohttpd 0.9.1 released

Dear all,

I'm pleased to announce the release of GNU libmicrohttpd 0.9.1.  
This release adds the following new features:

* support for digest authentication
* passing of custom URL decoder (unescape) function

Furthermore, various bugs have been fixed (see ChangeLog).  
This new version is binary-compatible with 0.9.0.
