[libmicrohttpd] GNU libmicrohttpd 0.9.2 released

Dear all,

I'm pleased to announce the release of GNU libmicrohttpd 0.9.2.  

This release adds support for SHOUTcast.  

In the API, the types of two integer arguments were changed (one "unsigned 
short" to a "uint16_t" and one "int" to a "size_t").

Furthermore, two bugs (delayed data, double-free) have been fixed (see 
ChangeLog).
