[libmicrohttpd] libmicrohttpd compilation for Ubuntu 10.04

Hi,

I am trying to compile libmicrohttpd for Ubuntu 10.04 and not able to do it.

If I run autoreconf -fi, then I get:
> address@hidden:~/libmicrohttpd$ autoreconf -fi
> Can't exec "libtoolize": No such file or directory at /usr/bin/autoreconf line 189.
> Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /usr/bin/autoreconf line 189.

and ./configure returns:
> address@hidden:~/libmicrohttpd$ ./configure
> configure: error: cannot find install-sh, install.sh, or shtool in "." "./.." "./../.."

How to fix that?

Once this is succesful, I will need to compile that for Asus RT-N16 (running on Broadcom 47xx).
