I can't give an exact answer to the question how it is being used NOW,
as I don't have a real computer right now. The MHD project in its
entirety depends on PlibC as a future-proof way to keep up with the
fast pace of development at GNUnet HQ and the very limited
communication/involvement with the outside.
Consider the whole picture, in the past, present and future and
suddenly it all makes sense.
