[libmicrohttpd] On running the examples in source

Hi how do I run the examples in the src/examples ?

I don't want to install MHD binary, I just want to run it along side the source code

I tried this :

 gcc fileserver_example.c -I/Users/prakash-2282/Desktop/libmicrohttpd-0.9.41/src/include

It gave me this error:

 fatal error: 'MHD_config.h'
      file not found
