[libmicrohttpd] Unable to find specified file minimal_example.c

At https://www.gnu.org/software/libmicrohttpd/tutorial.html

It says "Both of these issues you will find addressed in the official minimal_example.c residing in the src/examples directory of the MHD package"
But I can't find it. Please advise where I can find it, or its new name.
