[libmicrohttpd] microhttpd 0.9.70 test failures on OS X 10.9

Hi Everyone,

I'm testing the microhttpd 0.9.70 release tarball on OS X 10.9. There
are some test failures:

PASS: test_sha256
FAIL: test_start_stop
SKIP: test_daemon
FAIL: test_options
FAIL: test_upgrade
FAIL: test_upgrade_large
FAIL: test_upgrade_tls
FAIL: test_upgrade_large_tls
PASS: test_postprocessor
