[libmicrohttpd] Git server migration

Hi,

along with some other services, we are moving the gitolite service to another 
server.
Unfortunately, we cannot move the gnunet.org domain just yet, so you may have 
to change your
repository urls from git@gnunet.org/repo to git@git.gnunet.org/repo
( you need to add a "git." in front of gnunet.org)

In case this should not already work for you, please contact me.
The cgit web UI is still under construction.
