Hi Dagobert, thanks for testing.  I wasn't able to reproduce the
problem:

address@hidden:~$ ssh -v address@hidden
address@hidden [login]:~ > ssh build8s
-bash-4.0$ gzip -cd libntlm-1.1.tar.gz |tar xf -
-bash-4.0$ cd libntlm-1.1
-bash-4.0$ ./configure && make check
...
ntlm.h 1.1 libntlm 1.1

Maybe you could test the next release candidate:
