Hi folks,

I have been polishing a new tool I wrote to detect interesting things
about the Intel Management Engine (ME), but the most relevant part is
whether or not it can be removed for libreboot.

I have written this tool to firstly look up a table of pci device ids
and compare it to your full device tree to determine if the ME hardware
should be present or not, and secondly to query it for info if it is
there (in some cases it can unhide the device, this is WIP).

The first line of output should be relevant for libreboot because it
tells the user whether they can remove the ME or not and if it is
present or not.

Also, if this program misbehaves, I would like to know about it so I can
fix it.

Currently I only have it on github. Sorry about that.
