Hello,
I flashed my Thinkpad T400 yesterday (with last stable release 20150518).
Everything works (like a charm!), but not my LCD-screen: it's 1440x900 and I
read on the compatibility list that "some" of the lcd-panels with higher
resolution (I suppose higher than 1280x800?) can fail in Libreboot (apparently
mine does). When I boot the Thinkpad up, I quickly get a backlight flicker
(which turns then off permanently) and no GRUB, no GNU/Linux. But I can use an
external monitor which works fine.
My question is: is the only way to solve this issue that I replace the
lcd-panel (by one which has 1280x800 resolution) or can I try to flash a newer
(experimental) version of Libreboot. Thanks for your answer - I also post the
results of "xrandr --props" in case it helps to answer the question.
Marcel
