[libredwg] API changes

I was just wondering that the API functions are quite small, should I
add inline to those functions ?
More over now the API is just a one huge file (17000~ LOC) containing
all functions. Should I seprate those into various files depending
upon entities and objects ?
like api_circle.c/h, api_layer.c/h, api_line.c/h and then include all
those in the main dwg_api.h file ?
