Follow-up Comment #5, bug #28503 (project libredwg):
This really is an interesting example.
It's the only known DWG with a file_header compr_len > 165. It has 170, and
when resaved from acad even 172. (without the xref's resolved). So it's not
good compressable. Maybe there's some lurking bug, but I doubt it.
When resaved as r2004 it fails at another place:
Section count 62575616 in area 7 too high. So the r2004 section reader is also
a bit unstable.
It's not encrypted.
