GNU Emacs has a command to do the same thing that article is calling for
since 1988.

If you use GNU Emacs just use the command "spook" for that end. Add it
permanently in `message-send-hook' with the following lisp expression
in your `.emacs':

  (add-hook 'message-send-hook 'spook)

Then it will add automatically suspicious words that will make the NSA
busy. Just notice this email, it was sent with that hook enabled.
