Fix ifort settings again.
* libltdl/m4/libtool.m4 (_LT_COMPILER_PIC) [linux] <ifort>:
Unlike icc and ecc, not all ifort versions understand `-KPIC',
e.g. version 10.1, so use `-fPIC' instead.
