postdeps are only expanded by 'libtool', but you posted a libtool
command line that already included -lgcc_s, IOW, that particular
argument was not added by libtool but in the Makefile already.
You need to find out which Makefile macro set this, and since
presumably the macro was @substituted@ by some configure script,
find the configure code that set it. Otherwise I cannot say more.
