Expected changes:
'ledger-line-shorten.ly'
'pedal-ped.ly'
'spacing-packed.ly'
show the bug being fixed; ledgers below the staff get space like those  
above.

'tablature-full-notation.ly'  'compound-time-signatures.ly'
reformat because they don't have room for all their ledgers given the  
line-width.

'beam-rest-extreme' shows the bug of comment 4 being fixed.
