The following files will need to be changed:

  usage/running.itely
  notation/input.itely
  scm/lily.scm
  Documentation/changes.tely

It is unfortunate that this may break some complex scores, but the fix is
easy.  So we should also add a suitably worded warning to the error message
that results if an included file is not found.  This is in

  lily/lily-parser-scheme.cc
