The text does not help figuring out the behavior for setting dimensions on  
the command line, possibly in addition to having settings in the file.   
Which is the "new size"?  The one the command line or the one in the file?   
In which order are things being scaled?  Or is only one of the global sizes  
used between command line size and set-default-paper-size?
