Passes tests.  Since it's not really an invasive change, I'm putting this  
on countdown for Monday 8th (I'll not be back before late Sunday, so if any  
releases are rolled on the weekend, this will not make it in).

Labelling this as "Defect" as it prevents using \parallelMusic on music not  
ending on a full bar.
