Pedal fix

I don't think anyone else noticed, but the piano pedal brackets broke
(some lengths were wrong) after the edits to the text spanner code in
1.5.46.  Anyway here's a patch against cvs to fix them. I've got rid of
those unneccessary *-widen properties as well. 

I see what you mean about Text_spanner::brew_molecule being too long
and hairy. I'll try and think how to split it up.
