Eh, no. This leads to http://lilypond.org/development/Documentation/user/out-www/lilypond/lilypond.html - notice the extra directory level.The point is that out-www/lilypond/lilypond.html is split into several pages whereas out-www/lilypond.html is on one big page making it easier to search.
