strange. When I go to lilypond.org/development  -> Manual -> Index, I
get an index entry saying "Sketch"; I added some more information.

Try running lilypond -f sketch. The bad news is that it stopped
working. I kludged it up on CVS, but I doubt that it will give nice
results.
