Ah. You don't have mftrace ( previously known as pktrace; apt-get
pktrace, http://www.cs.uu.nl/people/hanwen/mftrace) installed.
In that case, better just use ly2dvi. I've checked, but the previously
selected 'mutopia' template doesn't work together with the current ones.
