ok, applied it. Final minor detail: ChangeLog patches often reject, so
it is convenient to send them separately in the body of the e-mail
e.g.
2002-09-07 Han-Wen Nienhuys <address@hidden>

* lily/parser.yy (string_request): use E_DIGIT for string requests

Yes, notehead is wrong, but I'm not sure if it's note-head or note
head. The book by Stone says note-head, FWIW.
