[PATCH] Submitting lilypond.vim to vim-development

I will soon send patch of lilypond syntax to vim-dev. However, there
should be some source for the "lilypond.vim" syntax file.

I found that the source tree can be seen in:

http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/lilypond/lilypond/

Would it be wise to have lilypond.vim also in the root directory of the
source tree. I that case it would have path:

http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/lilypond/lilypond/lilypond.vim

The file "lilypond.vim", which could be put the source tree contains this
path pointing to the "Latest" version of this file.

Another point to have a new file is that syntax-file and local-setting
should not be combined. Instead there should exist three files in the
users directory:

~/.vimrc
~/.vim/filetype.vim
~/.vim/syntax/lilypond.vim

The reason is that both the syntax file (two latter files) and vimrc can
be used independently. Once lilypond.vim is combined to vim-project, the
user will have filetype.vim in newer vim-versions.

Putting together, there is a need to put lilypond.vim -file to the source
tree.
