I noticed that. I just found Hans' e-mail address. He was at *Utrecht* University when I first met him. He is now with Sterrenkundig Instituut, *Utrecht* & Space Research Organization in The Netherlands.astronomer named Hans Nieuwenhuijzen from Utrecht (Bunnik)? We both worked on Forth in the 1970's and 1980's.[offtopic] Nieuwenhuijzen ("(from the) new house") is a very common surname. My family name is another form of the same name.
