guile bug

I just got this:

ERROR: In procedure dynamic-link:
ERROR: file: "libguile-srfi-srfi-13-14-v-1", message: "file not found"

when compiling a *.ly file.  This is the same error that I got when
doing a make all; make install.  This is obviously the guile problem
which has been reported to RedHat.  Do I undestand correctly that my
installation of Lilypond will remain broken until I've upgraded to the
fixed guile?
