well, actually I only know "apt-get install ilisp".
I was not able to find an RPM for fsf emacs.

Maybe there is a more scheme/guile centric development environment
for emacs than ilisp... I would be interested, as ilisp conflicts with
slime (which only supports Common Lisp, not Scheme).
