I suggest that the lily-bugs stuff is `officially' used to document
bug fixes in the ChangeLog file.  For example, there is:

  2004-05-04  Han-Wen Nienhuys   <address@hidden>

    * lily/ottava-bracket.cc (print): use coordinate, not (0,0) for
      empty extent. This fixes ottava brackets on rests. (backportme)

What about this:

BTW, this file misses a `fixed in CVS 2004-05-04' entry or something
