Lilypond complains about missing exrb10 (see log below). says:

 cvs -d :ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/lilypond co sauter-fonts-mtraced

but that doesn't work (it just sits there). Is the right site ?

I have downloaded:

  $ tar zxf ec-fonts-mftraced-1.0.1.tar.gz
  $ cd ec-fonts-mftraced-1.0.1
  $ fakeroot debian/rules binary

  # dpkg -i .../sauter-fonts-mftraced_1.0.1-1_all.deb

Lilypond as of todays version.

  $ . .../lilypond-2.3.20/buildscripts/out/lilypond-profile
  $ lilypond
