input/templates/ finished

I have now finished moving all input/templates/*.ly files
into the manual (or deleting them as not worth keeping).
The whole directory can be removed now.

I removed "templates" from input/GNUmakefile so that
"make all / make web" wouldn't try to build stuff in
input/templates/, but I'm now certain if this is enough to
remove input/templates/ from the build process.  If not,
you could do whatever else is needed?
