Your subject says "into Finale", while your mail suggests "from Finale".
Whatever you mean, AFAIK Finale has MusicXML import/export, and there is
xml2ly. So at least one way (Finale -> LilyPond) should be easy via
MusicXML.

I didn't test it, but there is a file to-xml.ly, which outputs a sort of
xml. Probably there is a bit of work left to make this a useful ly2xml.
