Before you do, I've just realised that I caused a regression for tremolos on
whole notes. I'll fix that today.

For some reason I didn't find the stem-tremolos.ly test when I first went
looking for regressions... maybe I can just combine them into one file? There
are only one or two examples that are in the new regression test and not in
the old one.
