Sponsorhip of new note heads

Dear Lilypond dev'ers,

I would like to sponsor the addition of two new noteheads:

1. An (open) accent-shaped notehead with both up-stems and down-stems
centered horizontally on the glyph

2. A solid, downward-pointing equilateral triangle notehead, again with
both up-stems and down-stems centered horizontally on the glyph

I think Trevor Bača, who is interested in co-sponsoring the feature
might (?) be able provide some example images if required.

If anyone is interested, please let me know what the price would be,
along with the sort of timescale it could be done in.
