I think you

1. need to register on repo.or.cz

2. go to the lilypond project page

3. click: fork

4. Now you can create a project under lilypond. You could call it
lilypond-csorensen or something.  You can register yourself as
administrator and give yourself push permission.

5. You should be able to push to your fork of lilypond, and it should
appear on the repo.or.cz website.

6. Once you verified that it's working, send me the URL of your fork.
I will pull your changes in when it is time.
