This will definitely change before 2.12, but not in the next few weeks. 
 (when's your Christmas vacatio, John? :)
* pdf links (congregate, all-in-one .zip, warn that you want more than 
one pdf)
* maybe a direct link to "how to read the docs" -- it's getting a bit 
confusing for first-time viewers
* maybe other stuff
