The \set... dynamics commands renamed/restructured:

  \crescTextCresc
  \crescHairpin
  \dimTextDecresc
  \dimTextDecr
  \dimTextDim
  \dimHairpin

And the \arpeggio... commands:

  \arpeggioNormal (generic revert command)
  \arpeggioArrowUp
  \arpeggioArrowDown
  \arpeggioBracket
  \arpeggioParenthesis (new command)
