Ah, I see.
So, the solution is simply to give the lilypond.css a title and everything 
should be fine, right? 
That's actually how I thought an alternative css would work (I thought it 
would completely replace the standard stylesheet, which apparently it does 
not).

I don't think that's worth the effort, unless we plan to add many more 
stylesheets.
