Thanks for the work, Joe.

Changing those numbers has made an improvement, but it's still not
right. The first page still leaves a lot of space on the page (is this
related to the presence of the headers? It seems odd that the page
with the most to fit in uses the least amount of space) and the last
page doesn't fit comfortably on the page. The most acceptable set of
numbers that seem to work for me are #'minimum-Y-extent to #'(-4 . 4)
and changing the '10' to a 20.

Having said that, I understand your explanation of the bug/deficiency,
and if you need a guinea pig to try new code on, please let me know!
