Unfortunately, the internationalization macro doesn't work; any
function using it ends up with the description `Undocumented; FIXME'.
I posted a thread about this a while ago
(http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-devel/2008-07/msg00185.html),
but nobody replied. :)

I've had a hunt around the docs generation files, but can't work out
why it's broken.
