Sorry for the delay; my coding skills were a bit lacking. :)

Following a few changes, the patch has been approved, so I'll apply it
later once I've sorted out amending the docs.  I can either leave the
nested section as it is, using StaffGroup/ChoirStaff; or comment this
section out until we've decided how to proceed.

What do you think?
