I see a few things in input/manual/ that shouldn't be there. We
should only have inspirational headwords and NR appendix items
there.
... actually, now I can't think of any good reason to keep the
headwords and appendix items out of LSR. Anybody feel like adding
them, and completely removing the input/manual/ dir?
