Re: GOP pre-planning: Frog bugfixing

My impression is that we have more people doing bug fixes now than a 
couple of
years ago (at that time it was primarily Han-Wen and Jan), but that the 
number of
fixed bugs per week and bug fixer is lower. On the other hand, the 
number of newly
introduced bugs (not to be confused with the number of discovered bugs) 
per week
is also much lower now than a couple of years ago, when we had a new minor
release at least once a week.
