Done on the new webpage; I don't touch the old web stuff, sorry.

IIRC I set the cronjob to run at :22, so it'll be about 50 minutes
before it's visible.

texi2html isn't part of texinfo; it's seperately listed as
texi2html 1.82, which is correct.
