Build script for single section of docs

Thanks to Trevor Daniels for sharing the script he uses to build a single
section of the docs on his Windows box.

I've taken his script and edited it so it works on my OSX installation.

The script requires customization, but all of the customization is at the
top of the script.

The script doesn't check all the references, nor does it call a browser to
open the file.

I can see that this script will cut my documentation working time by 90% or
more.
