Re: 2.12.3 source tarball changed (back in january)

We released 2.12.3-1 on 15 Dec 2009 and 2.12.3-2 on 12 Jan 2010, so
this would account for the checksum change.

We could potentially avoid this issue by appending build numbers to
the source tarballs.  What do you think?
