Oops -- I don't know how I lost this.  I had modified the regex for shape
note heads so it would capture *all* of the shape note heads, including Funk
and Walker.  And I'd tested it.

But somehow I lost it.  I'm sorry about breaking the doc build.  It's fixed
now and pushed to git.

Again, I'm sorry.
