I added two nodes yesterday. For some reason, part of your build
didn't regenerate a xref-map file when it should have, and then it got
confused.
I was just about to suggest doing
touch Documentation/contributor.texi
and then doing "make" again. That should have definitely forced the
xref-map to be regenerated.
