PATCH: Doc: More NR and LM additions based on user emails

This is some more NR and LM edits that need approval.

@graham I followed the new CG procedure and added 'dev' as a cc during 
the git-cl upload and saw no email sent out to the dev email list, then 
I went back into Rietveld to check it all worked - it had - and dev was 
in the cc so I went back and edited it to send out another message.

Nothing.

Then it struck me.

Because Rietveld needs a 'gmail' account, then that account also has to 
be registered with lily-dev gmane list else it gets rejected.

<sigh>

So I am sending this request out manually this time round.
